The first of its kind in Mozambique, POTENCIAR’s knowledge base is a free online library of over 700 resources increasing access to evidence on governance, service delivery, and accountability in the country. The platform is regularly updated with new resources, and it includes reports produced by the programme as well as external research.
How to Use the Knowledge Base
The knowledge base contains both open-source and pay-wall resources, each title has a link for ease of access content to the host page.
Resources are tagged by theme, document type, geography, sectors, method, and language. Filter buttons are available to simplify your search.
